The Builder Who Can't Stop: A Coaching Session on Drive, Burnout, and Self-Compassion

This one is for people who have bet on themselves — left the corporate track, built something of their own, and are genuinely thriving by most measures.

And yet.

There's still the 3am coding sessions. The compulsive gym streak. The over-delivery to clients that goes well beyond what anyone asked for. The quiet, persistent feeling that what's already been built isn't quite enough.

From the outside, it looks like drive. From the inside, it feels different.

In this session, we sit with the particular exhaustion of someone who can't stop — not because they're failing, but because the motor that got them here doesn't have an off switch. We explore what happens when productivity becomes a hiding place, why recognition from others can never fully land when self-recognition isn't there first, and what it actually means to be kind to yourself when your whole identity was built on pushing through.
