What matters most to you?*
This is a short exercise I ask new clients to complete before our first conversation. You'll see a series of value cards, one at a time. For each one, tap how important it is to you — not to your firm, your family, or the person you think you should be.
There are no right answers and nothing is scored. At the end you'll choose and rank your top five, with the option of a few short reflections. Your results go only to me, and only when you choose to send them.
Quick Sort — about 10 minutes
A focused deck of ~50 values. Recommended before an intake session.
Deep Sort — about 20 minutes
The complete 100-value deck for a fuller picture. Choose this if you have the time and appetite.
How important is this to you?
Add your own
Is there a value that matters deeply to you that didn't appear in the deck? Add it here — often the value someone writes in themselves turns out to be the most telling one. (Optional.)
Your top five
These are the values you marked highest. Tap five, in order — your first tap is #1, your most important value of all. Tap again to remove.
A few honest sentences
For each of your top five, two questions. Short answers are fine — a sentence or two. You can also skip any of them; we'll talk about it together.
