APPEARANCE RELEASE

1. Permission to Record

I grant Unstuck Consulting Inc. ("Producer") permission to record my voice, image, and likeness via audio and video for my appearance as a guest on a recorded coaching session and/or conversation (as the case may be, the “Podcast”).

2. Ownership & Rights

I understand and agree that the Producer will own the resulting recording and the copyright to the content. The Producer may use, edit, distribute, and promote this recording—in whole or in part—across any media platforms (such as YouTube, Spotify, social media, and websites) indefinitely.

3. No Compensation

I am participating in this podcast voluntarily. I understand that I will not receive any financial compensation for this appearance or for any future use of the recording by the Producer.

4. Promotion

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing (email to suffice), the Producer has my permission to use my name, professional title, and biographical information to promote the episode.

5. Release of Claims

I release the Producer from any claims or demands (such as defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement) arising out of the use of the recording as described in this agreement.
