LEADERSHIP,
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
AND
CORPORATE RETREATS

Some of the most important conversations — about who you are, how you work together, and where you're going — never happen in the day-to-day.

Retreats create the conditions for those conversations.

Whether you're leading a team that needs to recalibrate or navigating a personal inflection point yourself, a well-designed retreat is one of the highest-leverage investments you can make. Not as an escape from the work. As a return to what matters in it.

For Leaders

The most consequential misalignment in any organization often lives at the top and it rarely shows up in the data.

A leadership team can be executing well, individually, while quietly diverging on what they're actually building together. The meetings keep happening. The decisions get made. But the sense of shared direction, shared ownership, and shared purpose starts to thin.

A leadership retreat creates the conditions to name what's actually happening and to reclaim your collective hand on the wheel.

What we work on together:

  • Getting honest about where you are as a leadership team, not just as an organization

  • Surfacing the tensions, divergences, and unspoken assumptions that are shaping decisions

  • Rebuilding or sharpening a shared sense of direction — one you can actually lead from

  • Strengthening how you operate as a team at the top, under pressure and in uncertainty

  • Translating alignment into action, so the work after the room reflects the work in it

How I work:

These retreats are small, intentional, and deliberately different from how executive teams usually spend their time together. We slow down enough to think clearly. We have the conversations you don't make time for in the run of operations. And we work at the intersection of strategy, development, and human dynamics — because direction and culture aren't separate problems.

I bring coaching, facilitation, and a frank, experienced presence to the room. My role is to help you see yourselves and your situation more clearly — and to move forward with more coherence than you came with.

For Teams

Your team is more than the sum of its deliverables.

But somewhere between the meetings and the milestones, the people part can get lost. When that happens, you feel it — in the energy, the collaboration, the results.

A team retreat creates dedicated space to step back, reconnect, and move forward with more clarity and cohesion than you came with.

What we work on together:

  • Building real connection across roles and responsibilities

  • Surfacing the tensions and opportunities you haven't had time to name

  • Aligning on where you're headed and how you'll get there

  • Strengthening how you collaborate — internally and with the people you serve

  • Navigating change in ways that keep people, not just process, at the center

How I work:

Retreats with me are active, participatory, and grounded in the whole person — not just the professional. I draw on facilitated conversation, reflective practice, and mind/body awareness to create experiences that actually stick. We don't just talk about the work. We do it together, in the room.

My approach combines coaching, strategy, and development — so your team leaves with both clarity and momentum.

What this isn't:

A generic off-site with icebreakers and a slide deck. Every retreat is designed around your team's people, mandate, and the specific outcomes you need.

A Note on Timing

Good retreats take lead time: for design, logistics, and getting the right people in the right room.

If you're thinking about a retreat, I'd encourage you to start the conversation sooner than feels necessary. I facilitate a limited number of retreats each year.
